HOUSECALL PRO / SUCCESSFUL LIFE TOOL BAG GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Housecall Pro / Successful Life Tool Bag Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a trade promotion offered by Codefied Inc, d/b/a Housecall Pro (“Sponsor”) only to independent home service trades businesses that are physically located in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, that are not current customers of at the time of this Giveaway (“Eligible Business”). Entries must be submitted by an authorized representative of the Eligible Business (“Entrant”), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal and state laws apply. Employees, officers and directors, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents and children, including foster and step-relations, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor, their respective owners, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising, marketing, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and any companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Giveaway (collectively with Sponsor, the “Giveaway Entities”) are not eligible. By participating, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts, on behalf of Entrant and the Eligible Business, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (and its authorized third parties), which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Giveaway starts on or about 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 5, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 18, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, Entrants must visit The Successful Life’s Housecall Pro landing page at The Successful Life and a) start a free trial or b) book and attend in full a demo by June 6, 2024. No purchase is necessary to enter. Each Entry is subject to verification by Sponsor as a legitimate, operating independent home service trades business that is not a current customer of Housecall Pro (“Eligible Entries”).
Important: If the Entrant is participating in the Giveaway via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. The Entrant should consult his/her wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Participation may not be available on all mobile devices, as not all mobile devices or cellular telephone providers have the capabilities or carry the service necessary to participate in this method of entry.

Entrants may enter the Giveaway under one name/e-mail address only, and only one entry per Eligible Business. Any use or suspected use of artifice, bots, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods or agents (including, but not limited to sweepstakes entry services/clubs) are prohibited; any Entrant using/benefitting from such methods will be disqualified and their entries voided.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: One winner will be selected at random on June 26, 2024 by Sponsor from all Eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
One winner shall be entitled to receive a Veto Pro Pac® Tech OT-MC Open Tool Bag. Approximate retail value: $209.99, subject to availability (“Prize”). All third-party trademarks are registered trademarks of their respective owners, which are not sponsors of this Giveaway. Veto Pro Pac is not affiliated with Housecall Pro and is not a Sponsor of this Giveaway.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. All makes, models, colors, sizes and other features of the Prize will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No transfer, assignment or substitution of Prize is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be delivered as set forth in Rule 7 below. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Any Prize pictured or mentioned in advertising or Giveaway materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.

7. PRIZE AWARDS. Prize awards are subject to verification and validation. The Prize winner will be announced on The Successful Life Podcast and will be contacted by Sponsor via the email address provided. Prizes will be shipped to confirmed Prize winner approximately four (4) weeks after Prize winner’s verification and validation, subject to availability, to the address of the account of the Eligible Business on file with Housecall Pro. If a potential Prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or in the event the Prize confirmation or Prize is returned, or undeliverable the Prize will be forfeited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected (including into spam/junk folders), postage due, returned, or undeliverable Entries, texts, email or postal mail, or any other Giveaway-related communications; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or availability; or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions, incompatibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, or other error, unauthorized human intervention, or the inaccurate capture of submission information, or loss of, any such information. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any Housecall Pro Community Page users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Giveaway, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to any website(s). If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE GIVEAWAY ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPATION IN GIVEAWAY AND/OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITIES, THE USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY PARTICIPATING WEBSITES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY. 9. GENERAL. If it is suspected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion that an Entrant has provided any false information during participation in the Giveaway, including without limitation information concerning anyone’s identity, mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address, the Entrant’s Entries will be declared null and void and any Prize an Entrant might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant in its sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to those suspected of, or found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Giveaway; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of a Giveaway. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, non-human mechanism, third party or like methods to participate in the Giveaway will void any attempted participation affected by such methods and the disqualification of the Entrant and Eligible Business utilizing or benefitting from the same. 10. RELEASE, INDEMNITY & GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.. By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Eligible Business, to the fullest extent permitted by law to be bound by these Official Rules and by all applicable laws and decisions of Sponsor which shall be binding and final, and to waive any right to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrants and winner(s) agree to waive, release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless (“release”) Sponsor and all other Giveaway Entities, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, and any social media platforms (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all threatened or actual actions, liabilities, claims, demands, losses, lawsuits, judgments, settlements, fines, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) whether or not litigation is commenced (“disputes”) arising at any time from the Giveaway and any element thereof; the entry (in whole or in part); participation (including travel) in any promotion, event, and/or prize-related activity, or inability to receive or participate in, or parts thereof; the delivery, acceptance, use, mis-use of a prize or any failure with respect thereto by any person or entity; personal injuries including death, damage to or destruction of property, violation of any rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory arising from or relating directly or indirectly to the Giveaway and any element thereof; any act, default, omission, non-compliance, and/or a violation or breach of any law or agreement, representation, warranty or covenant made herein, or any other agreements by/with Entrant, the Sponsor and/or any Giveaway Entity or Released Party, or any other third-person or entity who may not be a party to these Rules.
Giveaway Entities shall not be liable to winner or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Giveaway, or any part thereof, or supply a prize in whole or in part, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, event delay or cancellation, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.

11. DISPUTES: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES WHICH CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS GIVEAWAY, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY BEFORE A COURT LOCATED IN COLORADO HAVING JURISDICTION. ALL CAUSES OF ACTION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED OR THE SHORTEST TIME ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

12. PRIVACY POLICY. Any personally identifiable information collected during an Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway will be collected by Sponsor or its agent, and will be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as in effect from time to time at https://www.housecallpro.com/privacy/ and any communications an Entrant may agree during the submission process to receive in the future.

13. PUBLICITY RIGHTS. By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a Prize, each Entrant and winner grants permission for Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet including Sponsor’s and/or unrelated third-parties’ social media platforms and sites, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Entities shall not be liable to winner or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Giveaway, or any part thereof, or supply a prize in whole or in part, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, event delay or cancellation, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.

11. DISPUTES: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF COLORADO WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. 13. PUBLICITY RIGHTS. By participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a Prize, each Entrant and winner grants permission for Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet including Sponsor’s and/or unrelated third-parties’ social media platforms and sites, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

HOUSECALL PRO / CAPITOLMECH TOOL BAG GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Housecall Pro / CapitolMech – Tool Bag Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a trade promotion offered by Codefied Inc, d/b/a Housecall Pro (“Sponsor”) only to independent home service trades businesses that are physically located in one of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, that are not current customers of at the time of this Giveaway (“Eligible Business”). Entries must be submitted by an authorized representative of the Eligible Business (“Entrant”), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal and state laws apply. Employees, officers and directors, and their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, parents and children, including foster and step-relations, and their respective spouses) and household members (whether or not related) of Sponsor, their respective owners, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising, marketing, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and any companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Giveaway (collectively with Sponsor, the “Giveaway Entities”) are not eligible. By participating, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts, on behalf of Entrant and the Eligible Business, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (and its authorized third parties), which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: Giveaway starts on or about 7:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on June 11, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 24, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Giveaway Period, Entrants must visit CapitolMech’s Housecall Pro landing page at CapitolMech / HCP Landing Page and a) start a free trial or b) book and attend in full a demo by July 1, 2024. No purchase is necessary to enter. Each Entry is subject to verification by Sponsor as a legitimate, operating independent home service trades business that is not a current customer of Housecall Pro (“Eligible Entries”).

Important: If the Entrant is participating in the Giveaway via a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. The Entrant should consult his/her wireless service provider regarding its pricing plans. Participation may not be available on all mobile devices, as not all mobile devices or cellular telephone providers have the capabilities or carry the service necessary to participate in this method of entry.

Entrants may enter the Giveaway under one name/e-mail address only, and only one entry per Eligible Business. Any use or suspected use of artifice, bots, robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods or agents (including, but not limited to sweepstakes entry services/clubs) are prohibited; any Entrant using/benefitting from such methods will be disqualified and their entries voided.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: One winner will be selected at random on July 2, 2024 by Sponsor from all Eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
One winner shall be entitled to receive a Veto Pro Pac® Tech OT-MC Open Tool Bag. Approximate retail value: $209.99, subject to availability (“Prize”). All third-party trademarks are registered trademarks of their respective owners, which are not sponsors of this Giveaway. Veto Pro Pac is not affiliated with Housecall Pro and is not a Sponsor of this Giveaway.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. All makes, models, colors, sizes and other features of the Prize will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No transfer, assignment or substitution of Prize is allowed, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. Prizes will be delivered as set forth in Rule 7 below. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Any Prize pictured or mentioned in advertising or Giveaway materials is for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual prize awarded.

7. PRIZE AWARDS. Prize awards are subject to verification and validation. The Prize winner will be announced on CapitolMech’s social media channels at @capitolmech and will be contacted by Sponsor via the email address provided. Prizes will be shipped to confirmed Prize winner approximately four (4) weeks after Prize winner’s verification and validation, subject to availability, to the address of the account of the Eligible Business on file with Housecall Pro. If a potential Prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or in the event the Prize confirmation or Prize is returned, or undeliverable the Prize will be forfeited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected (including into spam/junk folders), postage due, returned, or undeliverable Entries, texts, email or postal mail, or any other Giveaway-related communications; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or availability; or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions, incompatibility, availability or traffic congestion; or any technical, mechanical, or other error, unauthorized human intervention, or the inaccurate capture of submission information, or loss of, any such information.
