Stan Chia is the Chief Executive Officer of Housecall Pro. A proven technology, platform, and public-company executive, Stan brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling high-growth businesses.
Before joining Housecall Pro, Stan served as CEO and Board Director of Vivid Seats, where he led the company’s public market debut and helped scale the business through product innovation and technology investment. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Grubhub and held leadership roles at Amazon, Cisco, and General Electric.
As CEO, Stan leads Housecall Pro’s mission to champion the Pro and help home service professionals build stronger businesses through technology, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Who created Housecall Pro?

Ian Heidt, Roland Ligtenberg, Reza Olfat, Adam Perry-Pelletier, and Chris Zwickilton founded Housecall Pro in 2013. The idea for the company was born out of a desire to help busy home service professionals like Ian’s father, who was a house painter.
The co-founders saw the need for an easy-to-use field service software platform that could help service professionals manage their businesses more efficiently, and thus, Housecall Pro was created.
Several of the co-founders continue to serve in leadership positions within the company and have been instrumental in shaping Housecall Pro into the industry leader it is today.
