Milwaukee says this blade can chew through 400+ nails
Milwaukee just expanded its NITRUS Carbide lineup with a 6-1/2″ 24T Framing & Demolition Circular Saw Blade built to go from demo back to clean cuts without swapping blades.
Milwaukee says it can handle 400+ nails, 50 screws, and 120 feet of shingles while cutting softwood, hardwood, nail- and screw-embedded wood, shingles, wet and treated lumber, and engineered wood.
Home Depot starts recruiting Pros early. Like, middle-school early.
Home Depot’s new Path to Pro: Skills Explorers gives kids ages 11–17 free online lessons and hands-on projects covering woodworking, plumbing, electrical work, construction safety, and more. Home Depot and its foundation wants to deliver 15 million introductions to skilled construction careers by 2032.
Sure, you can’t fix the labor pipeline overnight. But getting a wrench into more kids’ hands isn’t a bad place to start.

Amana recalls wall ACs over fire risk
Daikin is recalling about 4,633 Amana through-the-wall AC and heat-pump units after two reports of a control-board component shorting. The issue: a snubber circuit can emit flames if it shorts. No injuries have been reported.
Five models are affected: PBC092J00AA, PBC093J00AA, PBC122J00AA, PBC123J00AA, and PBH092J12AA. Owners should stop using affected units immediately. Daikin is offering a full refund.
