Request a card on file via SMS
Should you request a customer’s card on file via email or text? To that, we say: Por que no los dos? (Why not both?) A recent update to Card on File now enables you to ask for a customer’s payment information through email OR text. Simply go to any customer profile, and look for the option to request a card on file by email or SMS.
