With custom call reasons in Housecall Pro Voice, you can define call categories that match how your business operates, like New Job Inquiry, Emergency Repair, Follow-Up, or Sales Call. Upload photos reliably—even with spotty service

With automatic photo upload retries, mobile users no longer have to worry about failed uploads in low-service areas. If a photo doesn’t upload right away, the Housecall Pro mobile app automatically retries when a stronger signal is available—so job documentation stays complete.

Send smarter campaigns with built-in automation

New Campaigns automation updates give you more control over when messages send—and when they stop.

Exit logic: Automatically stop campaigns once a customer takes action. With new “stop when” conditions, messages end as soon as goals are met (like a job being scheduled or a review being submitted). No more over-messaging your customers.

New triggers: Send automated campaigns based on things like an estimate being sent or a job being paid. With expanded triggers and flexible timing options, you can reach customers at the right moment with messages that feel timely and relevant.

Manage recurring jobs without the extra steps

The new recurring job management page lets you create recurring work from the start. There’s no need to build a one-time job and edit it later.

Accountant AI: Instant answers from your financial data

Previously available only on desktop, gallery sharing is now in the mobile app. Select multiple attachments from a customer profile and send them via SMS or email in just a few taps.
