Voice launching ring groups
Starting this week, our VoIP and Call Tracking Pros can create ring groups and assign them to call flows. This feature lets you streamline communications and ensure no calls get missed. Now you can determine how and when groups receive calls. Let certain team members receive incoming sales calls, or have your office staff rung first and set managers as the backup group. Customize away!

Stay professional with employee photos in On My Way Texts
Including employee photos in on my way texts establishes trust and demonstrates professionalism with your customers. Set up is easy. If you have photos uploaded to your employee profiles, simply head to Text messages in settings and toggle on Show technician picture.
You must have a custom SMS number to send employee photos in on my way texts.
