Custom email and SMS messages and new estimate settings
You asked, we listened. Our Top Pro Vote of 2022 is here! We’re excited to release new functionality that gives you greater control over how you communicate with your customers. You’ll now be able to set your own default messaging on estimates and invoices, and have the ability to edit them as needed. Plus – with new estimate settings, you’ll have greater control of what details customers can see on your estimates. Be on the lookout for new updates to estimates and invoices releasing Thursday, January 19th.
Calendar updates – Employee Schedule View
By selecting the View by employee option on the Day, Week, and Monday-Friday views in the new calendar, you’ll now be able to vertically align employees in their own, separate columns. This update will make it easier for you to manage jobs with multiple employees, and easily spot availability on your calendar within a weekly view format.
Calendar updates – view all employees from the mobile “List view”
We’ve made updates to scheduling on mobile to make it easier to manage your team on the go. If you are a Housecall Pro admin, you will now be able to see the jobs of all of your employees on the mobile calendar “List view”.
Price book mobile updates
Whether you are an owner-operator in the field, or want your permission-granted employees to have the ability to create ad-hoc materials in the field, a more capable and seamless mobile Price Book will drive efficiency for your business and eliminate double entry.
Calendar updates – Unified calendar
We’ve invested heavily in our latest calendar to make it easier to schedule and manage your jobs, estimates and events. Starting in November 2022, all users will be automatically updated to the new calendar to take full advantage of our new features and enjoy a seamless experience scheduling throughout our platform.
