Company chat in Housecall Pro

You can now communicate with your technicians through the new company chat feature. To access the feature, click on the menu icon at the top left-hand corner of the main home screen (1), click on the 'messages' tab (2), and toggle the messages switch from 'Customers' to 'Employees.' This will open up a new screen containing all of your account bearing technicians. Selecting a technician will open up a one-on-one chat with them. 

This feature is only available on the mobile app. We will enable it on the web portal down the road. The chat feature is available for premium paid plan accounts (including the 'Grow' and 'Manage' plans).

Just a quick heads up that we are re-designing the web portal way to create, edit and view a job. Below is a sneak peek. We are testing right now and will roll it next week. 

Everything should seem familiar, just more streamlined to get things done faster.
