We are excited to release the tablet-optimized HouseCall Pro web portal. When you sign-in to your HouseCall Pro account from your tablet browser, you will notice significant improvements in navigation and accessibility. Watch this video to see how it works! If you find anything that needs to be adjusted, please don't hesitate to let us know.
A few notes:
This is NOT an app that you download
the app store. It is our web portal working great on your tablet.
Use the Safari browser to add the icon to your
. The web portal works on other browsers, but they don't have the 'add icon' feature.
Watch the vid above to see how.
Whatever page you are on when you 'add to your home screen' will be the page the app opens to. So we recommend the Dashboard or Schedule page.
AND lastly... this is for use by Admins right now. The employee permissions are not yet fully implemented. Too come.
New Getting Started Guide
There is a new 'Getting Started' guide available on the web portal which can be accessed by clicking on the menu icon at the top left-hand corner. From there, a slide-out menu will appear, taking you through a step-by-step guide to get you fully on-boarded as quickly as possible.
