The HouseCall customer caller ID feature will alert you when a HouseCall customer is calling you so that you can start the conversation with a personalized greeting and a good understanding of what the call is about.
To enable this feature, you have to first access 'settings' on your iPhone, then tap on the 'Phone' tab. From there, click on 'Call Blocking & Identification' and toggle the HouseCall Pro switch to 'On.' Open your HouseCall Pro app and find the 'Customer Caller ID' switch in the 'Preferences' menu.
