Customer Batch Invoicing
Customer Batch Invoicing is now live! This handy feature will allow you to select multiple invoices and batch them together for payment request in one email. To access the feature, you will need to go to your customer page, select which invoices you want to include, and click the 'Batch Invoice' button. The next screen will show you which invoices were selected and allow you to change the customer email and send the batch invoice in one email. Stay tuned for universal batch invoicing!
Online Booking Hours
We have added the ability to set custom online booking windows on the HouseCall Pro web portal. These windows let you specify the time slots you want enabled for online booking, whether it be from your website or Yelp. The 'Business Open/Close' hours are now set independently of your online booking availability. This feature will let you have more detailed control of your schedule. Once you set your 'Business Open/Close' hours, your overall job schedule will reflect those hours for booking and dispatch purposes.
