We've added the ability for pros to add attachments to the customer profile. Currently, you can access this feature on the web portal in the customer profile and isn't yet available from the app.
This is the first feature of many to come, as we focus on adding maintenance agreements and recurring services, over the next few months. Keep in mind, this is the very basic beginning of this feature and we will only continue to add and make it better as we go. We look forward to hearing your feedback as we work through these improvements.
You can check out the new customizable dashboard at this unique link: https://pro.housecall.io/pro/dashboard_new. Switch on the toggle at the bottom of your reports to edit the order, then you can simply drag and drop them in the order that you prefer. Just make sure to turn the toggle off when you're done.
