There are two ways to accept credit card payments: job payment or instant credit card payment.
Job payment: When a job is complete, press the payment button to review the charges for the job. Then press the PAY button and choose credit card as the payment option. Scan or key in the credit card information to charge the card.
Instant payment: Press the More button on the bottom right of the main navigation screen, then select instant credit card payment. Scan or key in the credit card information to charge the card.
Go to the customer tab in app and press the + button. Then select Import From Address Book or Import From Quickbooks.
The Housecall Booking app is available for iPhone and Android. It allows your customers to seamlessly book you for a job. They can message you and pay through the booking app.
To add employees, go to the web portal, then choose My Account at the top right, then choose the employees tab.
To chat with a customer or co-worker, press the message tab at the bottom of the Pro app. If a customer messages you, their message will appear there. To message a co-worker, just click on the Employee section at the top and then click on the co-worker you want to message.
