Housecall Pro is a mobile app for iPhone and Android that helps you run your service business. You can schedule, dispatch, invoice, and process credit cards from your mobile phone.

Housecall consists of one mobile app for service professionals and one for homeowners. We provide tools for service providers to manage their mobile workflow, while also connecting them to the Housecall marketplace. We give homeowners a seamless way to order and pay for home services from pros that are nearby.
- What is included in the Grow plan?

The Modern plan includes:
- 1-6 employee logins
- Live chat support
- 2.9% + 30 cents credit card processing
- Unlimited email reminders
- Postcard marketing
- Online Booking
- Company chat in-app
- Quickbooks Online integration
- Time tracking

- How do I accept credit card payments?

There are two ways to accept credit card payments: job payment or instant credit card payment.

Job payment: When a job is complete, press the payment button to review the charges for the job. Then press the PAY button and choose credit card as the payment option. Scan or key in the credit card information to charge the card.

Instant payment: Press the More button on the bottom right of the main navigation screen, then select instant credit card payment. Scan or key in the credit card information to charge the card.

- How can I import my customers?

Go to the customer tab in app and press the + button. Then select Import From Address Book or Import From Quickbooks.

- What is the Housecall booking app?

The Housecall Booking app is available for iPhone and Android. It allows your customers to seamlessly book you for a job. They can message you and pay through the booking app.

- How do I add employees?

To add employees, go to the web portal, then choose My Account at the top right, then choose the employees tab.

- How do I chat with customers / with co-workers?

To chat with a customer or co-worker, press the message tab at the bottom of the Pro app. If a customer messages you, their message will appear there. To message a co-worker, just click on the Employee section at the top and then click on the co-worker you want to message.
